Digital Products
- All sales of digital items (CV templates, eBooks, design files, etc.) are final and non-refundable once downloaded.
- If you face issues like a broken link or a missing file, contact us within 7 days. We’ll re-send the correct file at no extra cost.
Affiliate Products
- For products purchased through affiliate links (such as Amazon), refunds and returns follow the seller’s policy. Please check the respective website.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be offered if:
- You purchased the wrong product but haven’t downloaded it yet.
- The product description does not match the delivered file.
